Denture Cottage - Denturist Dao Diep

Very through service, especially informing me of different options regarding types of dentures, cost differences etc.

At NO time did Dao high pressure me in to elaborate options even though I had 100% coverage from my health plan. Very professional and yet not clinical. Noticed she had very up to date electronic filing with my company health plan so I didn't have to waste time filling claims etc. Very nice homey customer service! Excellent service!!!!

The Denturist "Dao Diep" is a qualified Denturist and very efficient and kind. She is also very thorough while she is working with you. She will answer any questions a person asks. I would recommend her to anyone needing these services.

If anyone is considering implant dentures but has misgivings, I would very strongly urge them to seek a consultation with Dao Diep of "The Denture Cottage". I had waffled for a very long time until it was imperative I seek some professional advice. I contacted Denture Cottage and was pleasantly surprised by the consultation. Dao set aside plenty of time in which one could discuss the concerns, learn of the procedures, detailed and yet concise... discussed in very pleasant tranquil surroundings which put one at ease and left me very impressed with her knowledge and advice.

Before long steps were taken, and in consultation with the Dentist, I made the decision to go through with the impants.

After the extraction of teeth and installation of the Titanium pegs, I paid a return visit to Denturist for impressions, and creation of dentures... again, Dao allowed for plenty of time to have all the necessary works done in private and dedicated plenty of time to consult as to type, colour, and placement of the teeth within the impressions she has taken. Within a few days I was fitted with my new dentures, a perfect fit for the upper, and a wonderful denture of a temporary nature, with a very soft lining to cushion the denture on the healing caps of the implants. The usual time between placement of titanium pegs to permanent dentures is 3 months, but I chose to wait six to ensure the bone moulded well with the titanium posts. I needed one more visit to the dentist to remove the healing caps, and install the permanent caps to the pegs, followed by a final visit to Dao at the Denture Clinic to have my temporary lining removed, the impression taken to align caps with the permanent snap on portion installed in the denture. In a short day all was completed and I had my initial trial of inserting and removing the denture... it took a while to get accustomed to this procedure, but I cannot begin to describe how wonderful and solid the bottom plate sits, no slippage, no lifting and no movement... they feel so part of me it is though I had worn them all my my life. I have absolutely no regrets and would recommend the procedure to all who may be contemplating the same.

I would particularly recommend the Denture Cottage, simply for the relaxed ambiance, with no feeling of being rushed or hurried... Dao's time completely dedicated to your comfort with extensive information... her work is impeccable, the look so natural, and comfort of the dentures sublime.

Dao is extremely informative and up-to-date in her knowledge of dentures. She makes sure that you, as a client, leave her office with the knowledge you need to properly take care of your dentures and oral health. Dao is caring and straight forward.
